What could an agent save your team?

Pick a use case, enter your numbers and see the hours and cost an agent could take off your team.
Use case
calls and chats

How many calls and chats your team handles in a month.

min

Average handling time, including after-call work.

%

Items the agent finishes without a person doing the work.

min

Minutes a person still spends checking the agent's work.

USD

Salary, benefits and overhead for the people doing the work.

The starting values are examples, not benchmarks. Replace each one with your own numbers.

How the estimate works

Simple arithmetic you can check, so the number holds up in a business case.
Hours today
Monthly volume multiplied by the minutes each item takes, divided by 60.
Hours saved
The items the agent completes, multiplied by the minutes saved on each one: handling time minus review time.
Cost saved
Hours saved multiplied by your loaded hourly cost, over twelve months.
Full-time equivalents
Hours saved in a year divided by 1,760 working hours.

Questions and answers

Where do the starting values come from?

They are examples so the form is never empty, not benchmarks. Replace them with your own volumes, handling times and costs for a meaningful estimate.

What does the estimate leave out?

Platform and implementation costs, faster resolution for customers, fewer errors and after-hours coverage. It counts staff time only: the costs it leaves out would lower the net figure and the benefits would raise it, so check it against your own numbers.

How do we check the automation rate?

Run a bootcamp: our engineers build an agent on your data and measure how many real cases it completes against success criteria agreed up front.
