Run Dynamiq where your data has to stay.

Dynamiq Cloud, your own cloud account, or your data center. The same platform in every case.

In short

Dynamiq runs as a managed service or inside your own infrastructure. The self-hosted edition installs from an official Helm chart on AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, Red Hat OpenShift or any Kubernetes 1.32+ cluster, and fully isolated environments are delivered with our engineers.

Four ways to run it

  1. Dynamiq Cloud

Teams that want to start today.

Managed by us, with SOC 2, HIPAA, GDPR, CASA Tier 2, retention controls, and SSO on Enterprise. Nothing to install.

  2. Your cloud

Teams whose data must stay in their own cloud account.

Install the platform with the official Helm chart on AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud or Red Hat OpenShift. Subscribe through AWS Marketplace if you prefer.

  3. Your data center

Teams that run their own infrastructure.

Any Kubernetes 1.32+ cluster on your hardware, backed by your own database, messaging and object storage.

  4. Isolated

    Environments with no outside access.

Delivered with our engineers, who set up the platform and the models it uses to run entirely inside your boundary.

What runs inside your perimeter

Self-hosting runs the entire platform in your Kubernetes cluster.
The whole platform
The web app, the management API, the agent runtime and the services that host your deployed agents and knowledge bases.
Your data stays put
Documents, knowledge bases, traces and credentials live in your database and storage.
Your secrets manager
Pull credentials from your own store, such as AWS Secrets Manager, through the External Secrets Operator.
Egress you control
Outbound calls go only to the model and tool providers you configure. Isolated setups with our engineers need none.

What you provide

The chart deploys the Dynamiq services. You bring the backing services, so your data never sits in a system you do not control.
Kubernetes
A Kubernetes 1.32+ cluster with an ingress or Gateway API controller.
PostgreSQL 16+
One server with three logical databases, managed or in-cluster.
NATS with JetStream
The message bus the platform services share.
S3-compatible storage
A bucket for platform artifacts: S3, MinIO, IBM Cloud Object Storage and others.
DNS and TLS
Records and wildcard certificates for the app, the API and deployed agents.
A license and registry access
Issued by Dynamiq with your agreement.

Questions and answers

Is the self-hosted platform the same as Dynamiq Cloud?

Yes. It is the same platform, installed from the official Helm chart into your cluster, with the same agents, knowledge, evals and observability. Some capabilities call outside services by default, such as voice infrastructure, some detectors and AI Coworker's web tools, so we confirm the ones you need during setup; fully isolated deployments are delivered with our engineers.

Does any data leave our environment when we self-host?

Your data, knowledge bases and traces stay in your database and storage. Outbound calls go only to the model and tool providers you configure, and isolated setups with our engineers need no outside access at all.

Which clouds and platforms are supported?

AWS, Azure, GCP, IBM Cloud, Red Hat OpenShift, and any Kubernetes 1.32+ cluster in your data center. The documentation has step-by-step guides for EKS, IBM Cloud and OpenShift.

Can we buy the self-hosted edition through AWS Marketplace?

Yes. Subscribe through the AWS Marketplace listing and install the chart from the Marketplace registry into your own account.

Who operates the platform after installation?

Your team does, with upgrade and rollback guides in the documentation and support from us. Our engineers can run the first install with you.
