### What counts as usage on the Free plan?

Plans set limits on resources, such as apps and knowledge bases, and on monthly activity, such as chat messages, app runs and knowledge base ingestions. You can see where you stand under Settings, Usage in the app.

### Is the open-source SDK really free?

Yes. The dynamiq Python SDK is licensed Apache-2.0, including for commercial use. You pay only for the platform features and services you choose.

### Can Dynamiq run fully isolated?

Yes, on the Enterprise plan. Isolated environments with no outside access are delivered with our engineers.

### Do engineers come with the Enterprise plan?

Enterprise engagements include forward-deployed engineers who run a bootcamp in your environment, build the first production agent with your team and hand it over.

### Can we buy through a cloud marketplace?
