## Questions and answers

### What is a forward-deployed engineer?

An engineer who works inside your environment with your team to put an agent into production, instead of handing you software and leaving. Ours build on the Dynamiq platform and hand the result over to you.

### What do we own at the end?

Everything built for you: the agents, prompts, evaluation sets, code and runbooks. Your team is trained to extend them, and the open-source SDK means the core engine is yours to run.

### Can your engineers work in isolated or air-gapped environments?

Yes. Fully isolated environments, with no outside access, are delivered with our engineers, who set up the platform and models to run inside that boundary.

### How is success measured?

We agree success criteria before building and turn them into an eval set built from your own examples. The agent goes to production when it passes them, and live evals keep measuring it afterwards.

### Can we buy through a cloud marketplace?

Yes. Available on AWS Marketplace, Microsoft Azure Marketplace and IBM Marketplace, so the purchase can go through a cloud account you already have.
